We’re so glad you’re here! Please take a moment to read through these quick notes to help keep you safe, comfortable, and informed during your stay.

🕒 Check-In & Out

● Check-In is at 3PM EST.
● Check-out is at 10AM EST. 
 

🕒 Quiet Hours & Shared Spaces
● Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 8 AM
● Pool & Hot Tub Hours: 8 AM – 11 PM
● Please be respectful of noise levels at all times, as there are guests surrounding the facilities.
● Be kind and courteous to other guests on the property. This is a shared retreat.

🏊 Pool & Hot Tub Rules (Please Read)
● NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – Swim at your own risk.
● No diving, no glass in the pool area, and no running in the pool area.
● Children must be supervised at all times.
● Hot tub use limit: 15–20 minutes max.
● Please shower before entering and replace the cover after hot tub use.
● No alcohol or drugs in the hot tub.
● Not recommended for children under 12 or anyone pregnant or with heart conditions.

🚫 Prohibited Behavior
● Do not exceed your guest count. Extra guests not listed on the reservation will be denied entry. This is due to insurance and capacity limits — no exceptions.
● No tampering with pool/hot tub equipment.
● No smoking in or near shared amenities. 
● No parties, loud music, or unregistered overnight guests.

🐾 Pets
● Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Haven Ridge Estates.
● Service animals are welcome, but please note: some cleaning products used in our cabins and common areas may be harmful to animals if ingested or exposed. Please take appropriate precautions if you are traveling with a service animal.

🦌 Wildlife (Don’t Feed the Locals!)

Haven Ridge is tucked into Maine’s beautiful natural landscape, so don’t be surprised if you see a few wild visitors during your stay!

You might spot: Deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, birds, mice, porcupines, bald eagles, hawks, foxes, owls, bobcats, and on very rare occasions, black bears.

To keep both you and the animals safe:

• Do not feed any wildlife (even if they’re cute).

• Store all food and trash securely indoors — especially overnight.

Let’s keep the wild animals wild — and everyone safe.

🚗 Parking
Each Stay = 1 parking spot.  

Summit House guests may use 2 spaces.

📡 Wifi, Door Code & Streaming

Wifi & Door Code:  Will be provided for you via the platform we spoke on, the morning of your stay.

Netflix is provided on all TVs. Hulu provided on supported TVs.

⚠️ Allergy & Safety Notes
● Our kitchenware (e.g., mugs, coffee makers) although clean, may come into contact with tree nuts, dairy, or gluten.
● If you have severe allergies, please bring your own items.
● We respect your privacy and want you to have a 5-stary stay. For your safety, security cameras and audio devices are located outdoors only.

● Dial 911 for emergencies.
● First aid kit and fire extinguisher locations are noted in your unit.
● Nearest hospital: St Joseph Hospital, 360 Broadway, Bangor, ME 04401

● By using the pool, hot tub, and property, you agree to follow all posted rules and assume responsibility for your own safety.
